No Such Thing
“For with God nothing shall be impossible.”
Luke 1:37
Wow! Really...WOW! Stop what you’re doing and think for just a moment...what do you have that you know is out of your hands? What is it that you have no idea how it will happen? Ok, now let me ask you this, do you know the God of the Impossible? I mean do you spend time with Him and look to Him and listen to Him? He has told us that there are things that only He can do. He has told us that all we need is to ask. He has told us that all our situations are brought into life so we might see Him work them out for His glory and our good. So, with all that in mind, did you know that there is no such thing as impossible with God? No soul He can’t save. No situation He can’t master. No circumstance He hasn’t prepared for. No wayward lamb He won’t rescue. No such thing!
Now, this is not a “name it and claim it” philosophy or theology, but it is a reminder that when we come to the realization that life is our of our control, we simply need to place our lives in His capable hands and allow Him do what only He can do. This means we must let go of our ideology that He will work it all out how we want. We must let go of any time frame we have put God on. We must wait patiently for God to do what God does...and He does ALL things well!
If you are reading this and thinking, “I just don’t see how”...good! God is not afraid of your doubt, your questions, or your fear. He loves you and will replace it all with His presence, His promises, and His providence. You just need to let Him have those questions. He is the God of the Impossible to all who KNOW Him to be so!
